766 Miles in, service soon light came on, among other codes.

The more i read, the more im never selling my sorted Gen2
Bit dramatic no?

They make millions of these trucks and you're going to get a couple of bad ones here and there.

These aren't sestimic issues nor are these show stoppers.

Trucks sit for months and batteries go bad. Mine did after less than a year. Is it REALLY that big of a deal?

******* people now are weak. Just deal with it and grow a pair and move the **** on.

Just had this fixed at 250 miles . It’s more than likely the gear shift/selector module previously mentioned in this thread . Had replaced and haven’t had the error in a 1000 miles so far .

I’m really surprised the quality of Fords vehicles hasn’t gone up, I mean after all, they are getting paid more money.

**1-24-2025 Update**

Welp, the cat came back. Went out last night to pick up an order from Target with the wife when I got the same "service vehicle soon" message pop up on my cluster. I immediately had a feeling it would be the same P0929-77 error code. Got home, plugged in the scanner and sure enough, it was P0929-77. I turned the vehicle off and pressed the button to lower the shifter but it wouldn't go down, it would make a single click. After banging the shifter with my fist a few times (out of frustration), it started to work again. Cleared the code for now but I fully expect it to come back.

I just don't have time to take the truck into the dealership this weekend as I have family in town. I hate dealerships.
