What should I do?

I ordered my 2019 SCREW around the end of February, and just this week went into production, very long process but ordering was the only way to get a good deal.

I ordered a 2017 in February 2017, only to have Ford stop production in May. My order finally arrived as a 2018 in August 2017. Clearly, eh Six month wait. Was it aggravating? Absolutely. Have I love the hell out of the car for the last 2 years? Giddy like a child every time I drive it. It was worth the wait.

Now I'm into the "what can I do to it next?" phase, which includes lights and considering an engine tune as soon as I'm out of warranty.

It took almost 6 solid months from order to delivery for mine. Verify the order has been confirmed by Ford and sit back and wait. There used to be someone on here that had access to Fords build data and may be able to help. I just don’t remember their user name. Maybe look through old threads about this issue. Plenty of people have had the same issues over the years of ordering Raptors vs buying in stock Raptors.

It all comes down to what you want and what your willing to pay. My dealership hasn’t ordered a single truck with Recaro’s. My truck was the first. After mine they started ordering them. I placed my order for my 19 Nov 30th. My Vin showed up in the beginning of Feb and my truck was built Feb 24th. It was delivered March 11th. So a little over 100 days. If it’s what you want then I’d wait. I didn’t want the graphics and there was no way I was paying $2K for a truck with them. It will be worth the wait when it arrives!

You need to confirm that the dealer had an allocation. Lots of dealers will order you a Raptor but with no allocation then they are just submitting your order into the abyss.
Bingo .... I learned the “allocation” catch after having my 19 Magnetic with Recaros etc on order for 5 months!! Had nothing to do with my options, purely the dealer had no allocations. When they finally got their allocation the truck was built & shipped within 5 weeks.

That seems to be what happened.

I found the exact model plus graphics for $400 more than the one I had ordered without graphics.

Going to have it shipped so should have it really soon.

Im so glad I didnt keep aimlessly waiting and looked around. So many dealers still trying to get over msrp but there are still others willing to fo well under msrp on a 19’

Thanks for all the help!!!
