Stock cats can get up to 1,600 degrees, hi-flow cats and the fact you're running a cat back system won't ever reach those temps.
There are plenty of warp materials out on the market.
You would need to use header warp around the cats and pipes, maybe not warp the whole cat up but work the warp in such a manner that will keep the front of the cat opened.
They make warps that once you heat them up they become a ceramic like hard shell. Expensive though.
But I would try a piece stainless steel plate and make something up, and upgrade your trans cooler with fans if your going to do a lot of extreme offroading.
