I don't how they would sell well, they produce less HP and they still would not be 50 state legal.

Oh I'm sure some will buy them.
I would think you need a Tune for shorty Headers as well.
Also yes the distance and heating up of the cat on passenger side mostly is a problem with LT Headers but it's more the flow of gases over the rear O2.
This O2 spacer that has been discussed on the forum is the best way to go as a first fix to help with throwing codes.
Once more guys play with this concept of O2 spacers and LT Headers and high flow cats we might see a Tune leak out somewhere.
Of course this will be illegal.
I made my 92 2.9L manual Bronco II into a 4.0L auto with 2mm bigger MAF, 2mm Bigger TB 2lb bigger injectors with shorty headers and no tuner ran 60k miles never had a code or trouble.Ok, good to know.
So how far have you pushed the OEM Tune? CAI, cat-backs?
6 years it's long enough to make the mods, enjoy the truck and then sell it for someone else's problem. I'm surprised that it's that long of a grace period.

GREAT LAKES RAPTOR EXCURSIONS
Oh I thought you did something with the NEW PCM Style that's in the Raptor!!!
It's a completely different animal then what you have played with. Those old ECMs are quite different then the PCMs of now a day.
