I think they may have had too many condensation issues and said F it

Ain't that the truth, every one of mine.....
For the cost of shipping, they continue to fix or replace though. So I would highly suggest using a harness to be able to take the lights off easily instead of something wired up more permanently so you are not always cutting wires.

Another policy that they changed recently is they want a copy of your receipt every time now regardless if you've sent in the same light bar previously. Guess Penske making some changes. Keep your receipts!

All wired up. Only gripe (same as everyone else) was how short the pass through wires were behind the dash. That OEM heat sink glue they put on just makes it that much more difficult to work with.

In the end wasn't all that bad. But I did order a deutsch 2 pin connection which I will install once I get around to it.

Thanks for all your help.

Hows the output from behind the grill? Ive heard some people say the grill blocks a lot of the light but other say its not affected. What are you thoughts on it?

I got a cheap bar off Amazon and I don't think the output is diminished that much. I have other lights go compliment the bar though so that helps

Its been proven that about 25-40% of measured light is reduced depending on the model and brand. So just put more bars behind the grill to compensate.

Had to fab brackets but I got two 40 inch bars. The first is great but the second doesn't add much. Currently doesn't seem worth the money and effort but I am going to experiment with the aim. Like one up and the other down. Anyone else have any thoughts on this area?

I had it there for a couple days before I moved it to an aftermarket bumper but the light output was bright enough for me. I wouldn't hesitate to put it back there if I went to the stock bumper or one that didn't accommodate the light bar. No complaints from me.
