Well, Saturday was the the 3 week anniversary of being a Raptor owner. And I learned 2 things saturday night. 1. THe stock lights dont provide enough light for my tastes. 2. I've turned into an old fuddy duddy because its been 3 weeks since I have been out after dark.

Leaving for vacation Friday but will be hitting you up soon after I get back.

It's night and day the difference (pardon the pun). Amazing how well these things light up the night. The cutoff is crazy good too.

I would love this Mod especially the LS460 lights, but I can't drive at night so it is just cosmetic for my truck.

Sooo Close!!!!

Dang!!!

First…THANK YOU DAWSON A.K.A Ducati (Owner of Raptor Retrofits)!!!!

My retrofitted OEM FORD head lights for my 2011 Raptor look amazing (Amazing doesn’t even begin to explain how ******* sweet these head lights look just staring at them without being installed on the truck, Look Awesome!!!).

Also, I cannot emphasis how well the experience of this purchase of my Raptor Retrofits!!! I will be honest…I was a little hesitant at first. PayPal more than a thousand dollars to s stranger? But really…Dawson is very professional!!! His attention to customer Service is just as great as his known talent for detail on the OEM retrofitted HID headlight’s for the SVT Raptor.

I unfortunately have been sidetracked for installation of these surgically enhanced lights by Dr. Dawson of Raptor Retrofits…for hopefully one more day!!!

I was driving on the way to get my lights installed (just received the lights from UPS 30 minutes before) and was exiting the freeway to get a soft drink and Bang! My steering wheel starts to feel funky…pulling to the side..almost like having a flat tire.

So I safely pull over to the side after turning from the exit of the freeway, expecting to see a flat tire. After checking all four tires…it hit me!!!

Power steering!!!

Called FORD roadside assist and within 45 minutes later…the flatbed had arrived to take me to the dealer.

I have been counting the days(less than 2 weeks..haha…fast service…but stil…hahal!!!) …I have felt like a little kid waiting for my gifts from Santa… And finally when they arrive, I am unable to enjoy the glory because of the POS OEM PSR (haha…alphabet soup acronyms…haha).

Well, I arrived to the dealer in Glendora, CA around 5pm today…so I will not here back from them until tomorrow.
While this situation is unfortunate…I am still, glad this happen now and not on 7.28.12, during the RE Day in the dirt: Barstow 2 Vegas.

Not too worried…. as I am sure it is just the Power Steering Res. And it should be covered by the Warranty??

Will update with results.

Sorry Ducati for going off topic but, look at RPG's new PSR. It's supposed to fix all the shortcomings of the OEM one and it's not outrageously priced.

So guys what do you think of this? Duc and I have been PM'ing about my build and I was thinking of a race red bezel with gunmetal or black reflector so I mocked it up. I'm going with the 460 with the LED behind the shroud, so that'll be different, but I'm thinking this could look pretty sharp on my red screw.

That looks awesome I can't wait till my mod fund gets big enough for a set of these lights
