I am looking to make a bracket that will mount to my battery tray. I wanted to use the local library's 3D printing service and wanted to know what materials would be best suited to withstand the heat in the engine bay.

My goal is make a bracket that will house the relay circuit kit I am using to clean up my upfitter setup, before anyone recommends lvj, this won't work.

The library has free CAD platforms they recommend and have an 11 hour limit and they charge .25 per gram of plastic and .40 per mL of resin. They reference ultimaker s5 pro and formlabs form 3.

Appreciate the advise.

I think ABS will be your best bet for 3d printing for high temp applications. I had some PETG brackets printed for hanging some mountain bike gear in the cab and they quickly warped and bent in the summer. I am a designer by trade and have some manufacturing capability. I'm happy to help if you want to share the design with me. I may be able to machine something out of aluminum or an ABS block. Just pay for material and shipping and i can see what i can do. Also, depending on what this bracket looks like you can send the CAD file to Send Cut Send and they can laser cut a 2D profile and bend it for you assuming this is a simple bent bracket.
