Honestly acceleration does not feel effected that much, the weight penalty was only about 7lbs or 8lbs per side since the wheels are much lighter than stock. Not sure how far off the speedo is but my Ford dealer said they would recalibrate it.

Some pics of the finder trimming. I don't have any of the V notch I cut on the bottom of the fender flare, but this needs to be done to pin the fender flare back to the pvc block that's attached after trimming the sheet metal near the pinch welds, and also the fiberglass quarter panel. If I could do it over again I wouldn't trim the fender liner at all. Not sure why I did that at the time but I could always buy 2 new ones and reinstall them.
