37" BFG ATs

Wow, I actually enjoyed going through this thread, reading all the post about what I need to do to get some 37's on my truck. No BS posts just good info!!!
So, 37 KM2's on a Raptor with 3.0 Icons is a easy do with no trimming or bending in the front???

Awesome! Yes, please take many pictures including the metal that you noticed it rubbing on.

Not to second guess Raptizzle, but do you also feel that the stock wheels would have less need for trimming?

I'll have to go back and read about the 37 BFG MT fitting, but I didn't get that on my first read through... only the BFG AT. The BFG site says the MT=36.8" and AT=36.3".

GREAT LAKES RAPTOR EXCURSIONS

They were worn, still good enough for day-to-day driving, but not for snow (I snowboard and travel to the mountains), and they had bad chucking. It was time to replace.

From what I understand, the KM2s are a bit bigger, and i'm sure trimming would be needed. I think you'd still need to bend / trim the pinch weld down for the KM2s.

My spare is a 37 on the stock rim, i'll put that one on and tack some pics to show the difference. I'll also get pics of where i'm rubbing. Keep in mind, Tizz's Raptor is brand new, mine is a 2011 with 37K miles on it, it's got some love on it, so mine is settled in. More pics and info to come.

The pics are awesome! Love the side by side shot definitely shows the height. I've been wanting to go back to 37's but not toyos again so this might be the route I take a well!

More pics of the spare...I do plan on getting the outlaw bed rack, and then placing my spare in that, but until then, this works nicely.

Let me know if there are any other pics anyone wants of the spare...i know i owe a few more pics....and they will be coming.

Oh, also, anyone with the stock spare, go check yours out, it'll move in it's location if you push it, this spare doesn't move or shift.

Right, but it fits, fully aired up. If you look at E63's thread, he has to deflate his KM2 to get it to fit.

Again, all food for thought when looking for new tires. I love the Toyos...and someday i'll have them, but for now, these work just fine.

I had 37" toyo mt's before and yes they're amazing but at 92 pounds a tire and they're not cheap I couldn't see buying another set.. I love the bfg all terrains I've ran 3 sets of the stock tires and think they're great for both on and off road use. I do want a taller tire to soak up more stuff cause the 37 toyos were smooth off road when aired down the more rubber between me and the ground the happier I am haha
