Wow these do look great! Would you also recommend these in the 35s over most other tires. What do you think about comparieing them to the Duratrc?

A coworker put these on his truck and was complaining about the stiffer sidewall. I opted to go with the duratracs over the new bfgs.

Going from 8ply Druatac to 10ply KO2 is a firmer sidewall but how much? I guess if you are desert runner 10ply makes sense and 8ply is maybe better for street/mid west off-road. Maybe I have answered my own question.

Not sure.

he had them on a 2500HD silverado and said that from the KO he had on previous to these there was a very noticeably harsher ride. He uses his truck for straight street use.

I was coming from toyo mt's and my offroad uses are not as common as they once were. I gambled with other new tires previous and had mixed results, decided to go the proven route this time.

I have been hearing from people with 37" KO2's, but all of them seem to be very happy and impressed with a smooth ride. I have however heard mixed reviews from people who have gotten these KO2's in 35's. Seems to me that people going to 37's are noticing the cushier ride in general people get from a bigger tire. MajorAR went from a 37 toyo mud to a 37 all terrain, but seems to be very happy with the ride.

Does the 37" and the 35" KO2 have the same ply sidewall? I'd assume they would, right?

Minor note LekRap....I was on 35" Toyo MTs and then went to these 37" KO2s. MUCH smoother ride.

The 35" tire is a load range E while the 37" tire is a load range D. From what I gather this is 10-ply vs 8-ply. (according to TreadDepot, BFG's site didn't list ply only load range) To me this could account for the difference in ride + the additional sidewall of the 37"

Here we go. 37" BFG KO2

Love the look of these new tires, doesn't hurt they are on the best color truck. Any change you could post a shot head on from the front or back?

Hmmm....very very interesting!!!

Another reason (excuse) for me to get the 37's! I know if I towed, the load range might be a minus, but I never do with this truck, so I'm glad to hear it. Thanks for the info @Nodak_Raptor

@MajorAR looking good. What offset and backspacing are your wheels? Curious how the offset compares to Methods (zero offset, 4.75 backspacing). Are your wheels not as pushed out as Methods (closer to stock wheel offset)?
