what do your A pillars look like?
DM me…a lot of info.

I’m assuming when you say A pillars your referring to the pillar along the windshield and front door…do you have questions on how they wrapped these parts and/or if the wrap tucks vs. a templates pattern? There are different ways these areas can be addressed.

The “B” pillars (gloss black area) between the driver and passenger windows is wrapped. You can continue he XPEL Stealth or wrap with a clear…just depends how you want it to look. Let me know what you are specifically looking to address…lots of details in these areas.

Also, talk to your installer about areas that are extendable vs. those that are not. It’s my understanding that the XPEL software allows for some things but not everything.

Had no idea these PPF wraps are that expensive. Might actually be more cost effective to have the whole vehicle cerakoted.

Yes I was speaking about the "B" - need to check with my shop and what they plan. Didn't consider this part.

Cerakoted a whole Raptor .... if you could even find someone to do it I think it would be really $$$ - only experience I have seen was on a Glock.....

On stealth film Ceramic adds hydrophobic property to film (which it already has) so when you wash it you can dry easier. On glossy film it can add some shine. You won’t notice any other difference but I still think it’s worth it if you have the money and want to save time with washing.

Definitely will want to put PPF on this section. It scratches easily…at least it did on my 2015 F150, as the gloss plastic black shows all the scratches and swirl marks.

My guys used clear vs. stealth on the B pillars. I assumed it was going to be stealth..now trying to decide if I want it to be stealth or just leave it the way it is??? I don’t think there is a wrong answer, but do kinda like the clear as all the window section blends in with clear, glossy. I would suggest to have your installer do 1 section in stealth as see what you think?

I did also have them put a clear wrap over the headlights, in case you get bored or run out of ideas.

FYI,…did your installer “extend” the same at the front of the door panel, so that it wraps?

Not sure but when I set this up they were all about how they had to wrap and tuck everything as well as you sheets that needed trimmed so I think they are doing it correctly.... try and get over there before they close (work makes it rough)
