Hate the rims, what's up with the "R" the size of the entire bed top to bottom...that crap would come off before leaving dealer. 2024 isn't looking good to me...sad my '23 order will probably become a '24. Uggg.

also wonder if the whole 2400 less parts is going to make the truck less attractive from a maintenance and functional standpoint? sound like ford is trying to be cheap and make more $ aka lean up manufacturing.. just my opinion

My prediction is the 2023 R is gonna be a super rare truck and very valuable in 20+ years.

I can see it. Was Raptor R available in 2021? Or was it just 22-23? Highly anticipated vehicle that has a distinct look that lasted only two years will for sure be sought after.

But if Ford stops making the Rs after 2024, then it'll be the 2024 model people will be after.

Couple things I noticed, not sure if mentioned yet.

The front tow hooks look square, unless I'm delusional. While I like the look, why not match the rear tow hooks with the same square shape?

Not a fan of putting a bumper sensor in the middle of the fogs. While I did think the fogs on 2023 models look a little squished a big block of plastic with a sensor is not the look.

Wheels - why add color, keep them all black and why can't we at least get a set of black lug nuts. Where else does this truck have chrome? Lol

The lettering on the tailgate now has a lip around the FORD. Not sure I dig that look either. The texture of the plastic almost looks the same as the flat portion also. Looks much more like cheaper plastic.

While I don't like the graphics, I do like the actual "R" designation. Wish they would have made this more of a thing on the 2023.

Can't wait to see what the Interior looks like with 2400 less parts.

Aside from the graphics, I think the other items they updated look considerably better than the 2023's.......however, I won't be trading in my Gen 2 to buy one.....

Saying the 2023 will be the most sought after and valued later on is not likely................Why, you ask? 1st year models always have issues(like leaking oil)......Look at the Gen 2's......it would be ridiculous to say that 2017's are the most sought after Gen 2's; the 2020's are the most wanted and 2017's are the least wanted with plastic oil pans, cam phaser issue, etc....
