24 37PP Shelter Green

At arrival orange peel every painted panel, front being worse
Trim piece under the windshield around the wipers came with discoloration
Right rear bumper started peeling at 6k miles
Weird popping noise at very low speeds predominantly when truck is coming off from a turn, but randomly present at other driving scenarios at low speed
Driver side window seals something bad, not visible, 75-90 mph cross winds on the highway it feels like i am in a blender.
The rear mounts for the exhaust are off centered, passenger side one coming apart.

I came off a 23 37pp which was a great truck except the FR strut went out at 8k, was replaced. Only reason i switched, is because i put 49k miles in a year.
One would expect as the product matures, all kinks are resolved, but certainly not the case nowadays.

This QC issues are all over the place, not specific to Ford. They all suck, from BMW to Porsche....

Problem with Ford is, you take it to a dealer, and they look at you like you are a moron for pointing these things out. The overall level of training of their service writers are low, most Ford dealers are overwhelmed with work load; stressed out. Unless your truck is blown up, there is very little intend to help. Some of you might get lucky with your dealer, but most are not. I keep reading people visit for the same issue 4-5 times. It sucks, because truck is a wonderful product.

My driver side lumbar stopped working, coolant smell when I shut the truck off, no signs of leaks anywhere.
I have a '22 with 26k miles on it and had a similar coolant issue (except it used about a 1/2 gal of coolant every few days), could not find the leak anywhere. I took it to the dealer and they pressure tested the coolant system and found a leak in the back of the water pump. Still under warranty, so no big deal - but really strange for a relatively low usage water pump.

i had that same problem with the driver side seal, they fixed that but did not fix the window that rattles up and down over bumps. It's like i can hear the window shaking up and down and it doesn't lock into place.
is your tailgate applique loose or coming off on the edges?

Late 2024 Build - Drivetrain Fault leaving the lot which from what I can tell is a P27B2 code. Right now, dealer is saying a bad FR shock height sensor (which is on backorder). Two missing bolts on passenger side of grill causing misaligned spot near headlight. Driver rear door handle the square internal rubber gasket falls out each time the door handle is opened. Guess you can't buy just the gasket and have to good a new door handle painted/installed...real lovely. Overall, not that pleased but is what it is. Rest of the truck drive amazing as usual.

I sold my 2023 given a large number of fit & finish, paint, and electronic issues that couldn't get resolved. Overall, my 2024 definitely exceeds most of the that but the above issues are dissapointing to find on a nearly $100k truck still.

My rear passenger side goes nuts when I put it in reverse and activates the emergency braking mechanism when I leave my driveway. AND FORD CAN’T FIX IT.
Did the dealer at least acknowledge it is not working as intended? Mine shows similar symptoms sporadically.
