24 37PP Shelter Green
At arrival orange peel every painted panel, front being worse
Trim piece under the windshield around the wipers came with discoloration
Right rear bumper started peeling at 6k miles
Weird popping noise at very low speeds predominantly when truck is coming off from a turn, but randomly present at other driving scenarios at low speed
Driver side window seals something bad, not visible, 75-90 mph cross winds on the highway it feels like i am in a blender.
The rear mounts for the exhaust are off centered, passenger side one coming apart.
I came off a 23 37pp which was a great truck except the FR strut went out at 8k, was replaced. Only reason i switched, is because i put 49k miles in a year.
One would expect as the product matures, all kinks are resolved, but certainly not the case nowadays.
This QC issues are all over the place, not specific to Ford. They all suck, from BMW to Porsche....
Problem with Ford is, you take it to a dealer, and they look at you like you are a moron for pointing these things out. The overall level of training of their service writers are low, most Ford dealers are overwhelmed with work load; stressed out. Unless your truck is blown up, there is very little intend to help. Some of you might get lucky with your dealer, but most are not. I keep reading people visit for the same issue 4-5 times. It sucks, because truck is a wonderful product.
