So where is the fluid or was there any?

I would have to imagine there was at some point, but I never noticed it. Which is interesting because Im the type of guy who will typically check both sides of the truck for dings if people close up by me just to be safe. I dont see how that would have gotten past me

Do these trucks have the same front diff as regular F150’s?

Different - at least the internals are. Id believe the external housing is also

Even if they try that, I have a message from dealer saying not to rush bringing it in. That should cover me
