Damn, tough break man. 133 miles in...unbelievable. Minor set back; don't get discouraged. Hard to do but hang in there!

interesting. I’ll dig into this some more. Hopefully you’re right about a quick fix. They’ll prob spend more time cleaning the undercarriage then fixing the actual fitting… oh and $40/day for rental car is pathetic.
Hah, you got the faith, man. Good for you. You think they will clean it other than a quick swipe of a dirty rag? You’ll be lucky if they fix it right.

Oh, and H&K, I don’t own guns, unfortunately, it’s a NY BS thing, but know a lot about them having owned a Browning 380 and a Colt Python 357 snub nose over 40 years ago, but what did H&K do? Thought they at least used to be reputable.

A lot of brand new raptors being shown on tow trucks = embarrassing and not a good look.

May be time to start looking for a used land cruiser.

Everyone should at least consider owning a land cruiser/LX at least once in their life. I wil never sell my 100 series. I don’t care what’s in my driveway, my hundy goes in the garage. 2006 with 60k miles.

Thx. I did give it a read thru and found it helpful. Unfortunately, the way my schedule worked this week, i just didn’t have the time to go thru the list in its entirety prior to delivery.
Now you have the time though!
There’s always something you can miss, to be fair and you’d likely only catch this on post test drive inspection

Yep! I’m figuring it’ll be in the shop at least a week so I’ll head down Monday first thing with the printed list of items and knock as many out as possible while its there.
