Sorry this happened. There is a well known issue with the fitting not being pressed in place fully on some of the gen 3's. Good chance this is it. Should be able to fix in no time. The tech that did the PDI should have a hammer to his knee caps!!

interesting. I’ll dig into this some more. Hopefully you’re right about a quick fix. They’ll prob spend more time cleaning the undercarriage then fixing the actual fitting… oh and $40/day for rental car is pathetic.

There is a thread on here for Gen 3's on what to look for when picking up your gen 3, the transmission fitting is on that list, others have found this out, just like you, unfortunately.

Thx. I did give it a read thru and found it helpful. Unfortunately, the way my schedule worked this week, i just didn’t have the time to go thru the list in its entirety prior to delivery.
