Has anyone considered dropping options like spray in bed liner in hopes of moving the process along? I was hoping going with 35’s might help, can always add 37’s.
I did this. Removed spray liner and auto SS. I am allocated on a 35, I have verified it with the SM and zone rep for anyone that wants to chime in with “SoUnDs LiKe YoU dOnT hAvE aN aLloCaTiOn AnD yOuR dEaLeR lIeD tO yOu”. Still no VIN. SM called Zone Rep yesterday to see what’s going on with timing, should be hearing back today. Don’t give up hope! It will come eventually!

basically same story for me. When did you order? Is it at least on priority 01 yet?

I have just about every option you can add and just went into production today. Ordered 10/14 and got VIN 3 months ago. I didn't delete anything. Blend is 3/4. Will let you know when it ships. Hopefully it doesn't go into the parts hold abyss.

Trying to establish a mutual trust with my local, small town, Iowa Ford dealership. How do you get a zone rep number without asking the dealership? That would make the dealership feel like I don’t trust them, IMO. Not sure I do, but I am hopeful…

Still confused on priority codes. How do you know yours has changed? Lower doesn’t always mean better from what I have read on this forum.
Think of the priority code as a competition for trucks awaiting to be built ”within your specific dealer”. This competition has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with other dealers…only yours. Lets say your dealer has 10 Raptors to build. They will assign each a priority number (its place in line) to be built. The lower the number (say 10), the closer to the front of the line it goes to get a scheduled build day; the higher the number (say 80), it’s damn near at the back of the line…just hanging out until it makes its way to the front of the line to get a scheduled build day.

Once your dealer has figured out the order in which to submit all 10 trucks to Ford for scheduling, and Ford receives all 10 orders, the competition ends. You can toss the priority code out the window at this point as it is in Ford’s hands now. If your truck was 1st in line to go down the assembly line, you could easily fall to the back of the line due to some sort of “constraint“ preventing your truck from being completely built e.g. chip hold, tonneau cover, bed liner, fender flares…

How do you know if the code changes…just ask your dealer. They can see the status of your truck via a Vehicle Visibility Report, VVR. Some dealers will gladly show you this report, even print/email it to you as members have posted them here. Other dealers…well you’re lucky if you get a Hello when you call your salesperson, let alone any information about your truck!

Keep us updated! My blend date is a little behind yours 2/10. Your friend should get your some production pictures of your truck!
What does the blend date mean, and how long does it take to get the VIN from when you place your order?

From what i've read/experienced, the blend date where the frame and body marry together on the production line.

The second part of your question is unanswerable unfortunately. When original order in June 21, I never received a VIN and had to re order as a 22. My 22 order went in Oct 12th and I received a VIN the first week of 2022 production scheduling (about 3-4 weeks after ordering). Most important thing to ask your dealer is if they have a valid allocation. Without an allocation, the order will sit unscheduled forever.
