If you ordered in Nov or Dec, wait time will be around 8-10 months estimate...a lot of issues with parts availability right now. What does the blend date mean, and how long does it take to get the VIN from when you place your order?

Unfortunately, the order confirmation means nothing. Just means Ford has received the order, not that the dealer actually has an allocation. How long have you been waiting for a VIN since your order date? They have the allocation, because I sat there on a list for 5 months waiting for an available allocation. Also I have already got order confirmation from ford performance.
He literally just ordered it couple days ago...Unfortunately, the order confirmation means nothing. Just means Ford has received the order, not that the dealer actually has an allocation. How long have you been waiting for a VIN since your order date?

I can get on board with this but why are some who ordered after some in DEC have build dates & Vin#’s…. (Yes my dealer has a Allocation for me)If you ordered in Nov or Dec, wait time will be around 8-10 months estimate...a lot of issues with parts availability right now.
number one is allocation, then options (or lack of) dictate what ones get produced first. Makes sense they would produce the allocated orders that they fully can complete. They don't need to continue to produce trucks to then sit on a lot awaiting a "chip" as they had to last year...I can get on board with this but why are some who ordered after some in DEC have build dates & Vin#’s…. It also has to do with your zone rep. Since Raptors are manually scheduled by zone/region rep, They pretty much accept certain amount of orders for that zone and they pick and choose.number one is allocation, then options (or lack of) dictate what ones get produced first.
