I priced a Raptor with 801a and 37's. Came out to $80k. Haven't seen F150 Tremor pricing yet.Less than what? A loaded Raptor on 37s?
I'd want to see a comparison between F150 tremor and Raptor.

Some questions I have:
1 - We are expecting leather seats to be standard?
2 - Will the 360 camera be standard?
3 - Are we expecting the black FORD tailgate panel to be an option for standard? Or will we need to pay 6K to get that as an option?
Folks will also have limited options in 2021. Stealership ordered vehicles have all the great money making options - graphics, moon roof, top package, sometimes the skimp on carbon etc. but they go big for big profits. My saleswoman put a downpayment on a house after selling my Raptor to me in ’17.It will improve your ability to sell it, too. Moonroof is on pretty much every dealer ordered vehicle, so folks who don't want one have limited options in the used market.
I disagree. If you walked into a stealership and found one with no moon roof, but everything else the truck would sell itself. It would with probably 85% of the consumers. VERY, VERY few Raptor buyers think the moon roof is a “must have”. Conversely, many here didn’t care one way or the other. And, despite what some of us think or have the impression, it isn’t going to fall out under hard off roading. Yeah, it’s going to make more noise and the track system is a bit on the fragile side but if we ( me included ) maintain it, then breakage becomes far less likely. There's a reason why it's on every dealer ordered vehicle though, more people want them. I get that the more experienced and offroad crowd see it differently, but they/we don't make up the majority of buyers. So yes, a Raptor without a moonroof will appeal to a buying group...but it's a smaller group.
This is exactly how I ended up with a moonroof equipped truck. My previous car was getting expensive to maintain and I didn’t want to keep dumping money into it as it continued it’s downward spiral of depreciation. That put me in the Raptor market about 2 years sooner than I expected and in the hot, “ADM or die” market. I did manage to score MSRP in late December of ’16, picked up in Mid January. That truck with moonroof, graphics was cheaper than a closer truck with neither because the stealership closer was greedy. If you look at polls here, moonroof or not splits pretty evenly. People who don't want one are often willing to compromise while folks who really like them are not. So dealers order what they can sell. It doesn't hurt that it leads to a higher price and more profit.
Resale is tricky, if there are enough reliability concerns, you can either get less for or nothing for an option like this. I don’t think I’ve seen that yet with the Rap, but there’s a lot of F150 users with moonroof complaints, breakages, etc. Youtube is littered with videos about it. But, in context of how many trucks Ford sells it’s a small number. But you do have a point about people willing to take one with a moonroof if they don't really care, because it's what's available on the lot and figure it adds to resale or something. Really, I don't think anyone is going have trouble selling a Raptor regardless of roof.
I had a similar question. It seems to be if you want JUST the 360 degree camera and tailgate applique you'll have to smack on $6150 lol
The hybrid power boost with the Tremor would have drawn my attention. Could have then gotten the 7.2 kw gen. I don’t think it is an option, so the Raptor is more attractive to me.
Truecar at shows 300 new for sale and over 100 used for sale. Go for it!Ford is a little slow right now might have to buy a TRX
