Not sure if this makes sense. My dealer originally told me I had a build date of 8/16. My first call to FP after that I was informed that it was moved to 9/1. My second call i was told it was moved to 8/31. Today I chatted with FP and I was told that the truck would be completed by 8/31 and to expect a 4-6 week delivery window. I asked him to clarify that the 8/31 date was a completion date and not a start of the build date. He reassured me it was. Anyone here this before?

That’s how I understand it. You truck goes “In Production” status a week prior to build date. Your build date, 31 Aug, is the completed date.

How fast should an order show up on Ford performance end? I placed an order at my dealer on aug 16. Called fp today said he doesn’t see it. Said usually it should be visible but says updating lately has been slow. I asked my dealer he said it’s ordered and won’t come up yet until vin is assigned. I submitted my order info here. Just want to make sure it’s in even though It’s only been a week or so

In my experience it only took a couple days for FP to be able to see the order. Do you know what system they used/did they send you a copy of the order?

Yes they did send me a copy of it.

You get a bed liner? They told me two weeks to get to temple Texas which I verified with other window stickers from DTP on the lot

In my experience it only took a couple days for FP to be able to see the order. Do you know what system they used/did they send you a copy of the order?

I’m not sure how to tell which system I guess. What should I look for
