2021 Gen 3 37 - A/C Went out

Well - it happened - driving today in Dallas - was on the phone (hey does anyone else have their fan turn down when their talking on the phone??)
Got off the phone and the fan and a/c just barely work at all. Was 100 in the truck in 2 minutes.
You would move the fan speed up and down and something was increasing and decreasing in speed..but it wasnt the airflow of anykind. (yes i had it blowing thru vents)

Took it to Planet Ford on Inwood for this and the underbody recall.
P.S. There is a 2022 37 package sitting on lot 30K upcharge. No applique fyi

Fan turns down automatically when a phone call is picked up. The sync system does it automatically to turn down background noise when on a call.

Just got work back I have a hold in my AC "Cord" (He said cord...I think he meant coil) -
Backordered but apparently it will be in next week.

@DFWRob I just had to take mine in. Bad Coil. same description as OP. Also had Exhaust fixed.
