Black is BEAUTIFUL but what a pain to keep it looking beautiful....I've had Black and Silver...didnt have a choice when I bought my Raptor since it was Black & Blue...and I do love it...but if I was going to buy off a lot or order one,I'd go with Silver.

I would say if you have to ask, then go with silver, that way you will better blend in with all the other bland and color-less vehicles out there.

I've had black , tan, & white rigs. I just run them thru the carwash. They come out mostly clean, or spend 4 hours n do a detail job. Bottom line I don't get crazy making it look like some street queen. Out here we have this look it's called AZ pinstriping. Bring your rig out n do several runs thru the desert to get the look perfected.

I do like black as it looks badass, white & tan look really good too and are a lot cooler in the gates of hell. Silver - put it on an old chevy muscle car.

My last truck was silver and my current one is Black. I really like both colors. Silver is more refined and elegant, Black is more sinister and bad-ass. To me, it takes as much time to clean regardless of color. Silver takes more grime and dirt before it begins to appear in need of a wash. Black is just a lot less forgiving, you end up cleaning the vehicle much more often if you want to maintain that spotless appearance.

If you enjoy and derive a satisfaction from detailing your vehicles and having a clean look, you'll probably adapt well at maintaining a black vehicle. If you consider it a chore, believe you don't have the time or have "better things" to do, you may fall into the I had a black truck and never again group.

silver with black rims and black decals can’t go wrong. But since we’re on color choices how about Performance Blue vs Velocity Blue??
