If everyone took more drastic measures when "shit happens" maybe "shit" wouldn't happen.

Maybe you should get a job as a consultant at various dealers and tell every customer that bought a brand new vehicle before they walk out the door "by the way, your vehicle may be back here in a few days because it won't go but make sure you make your first payment to your loan on time coz you know, shit happens! Have a nice day!". Then go to the service department and be the robot that says "Oh that loud noise that only YOUR vehicle makes! That's normal. Have a nice day!" Sounds like you'd fit right in!!

Keep defending shit work and it will only get shittier...

Day 12: Exhaust finally arrived via FedEx 2day. Won’t even go into where it’s been for two weeks. But the good news is it’s here and now on.

Bad news, didn’t fix the problem. Still slipping missing banging and I got another misfire code via ford pass. I have not driven this is all service.

So Monday morning starts day 15 and back to zero. Any ideas out there beyond telling them to find a new one? That’s done.

Shit, I missed all the comments earlier today. Probably better. I hit the dealership hard today believe me. Tried to call for customer service and they sent me probably to the Philippines where they couldn’t even pull me up. Asked for my VIN ****** that up so I hung up. So to you bad asses out there who take no shit I am past my pretty little take it up the ass mode you mentioned. Thanks for the encouragement although not ******* needed.
