2019 Ford Raptor

Hi all i have a 2019 raptor i have had rough shifting since i got it between gears 3-6 it goes away and then comes back sometimes feels like its losing power when shifting. Anyone know what this could be? Also have alot of clunking at slow speed like under 10 mph but at 25+ i dont hear any clunking ive checked everything but nothing really to the eye looks like its damaged or needs to be replaced does anyone else have this issue?

is the truck stock or modified?
are you the original owner or do you know the maintenance history?
how many miles on the truck?
does this happen at all times, just when the truck is warming up?
