2018 Tailgate Appliqué headache

back up. Anyone figure out how to add applique to the 18 raptor tailgate that came without Applique?

I would trade the whole tailgate with someone with the same color that wants one without the appliqué. You could offer a couple bucks too.

I don't plan on doing it myself. I am suggesting that you do it. I would try now in this thread. What color is your truck? Where do you live? Not everyone does a custom build and gets exactly what they want. I won't hurt to ask.

If I had a truck with the applique, I would have gladly traded tailgates with someone who did not have it.

I have also seen people with beadlock wheels trade them for stock wheels.

Everybody has different tastes.

I'll trade you if you want. Altho mine is a 2017 without applique...

They did you a favor by deleting it. Now you don't have to display a large, gaudy FORD advertisement on your tailgate.

I also have a Blue 2018 tailgate with applique. its the 802a tailgate, I would be willing to trade for same tailgate without applique
