I also have a Blue 2018 tailgate with applique. its the 802a tailgate, I would be willing to trade for same tailgate without applique

My tailgate is an 801a with the built in step

I've got a 2017 802A blue tailgate with step with no applique that I'd be willing to trade for one that does. Oh and it has the factory rhino lining.

i have a 2018 801a it does not have the remote tailgate release....
and the handle is black hard rubber not painted....

How is it put on at the factory? Clips? Guess what you all are saying is that it does not come off easy?
