2018 Order Progress

Mine's back too. Still the same info except the update date on the WS is 8/4.

FP said this afternoon that mine has passed inspection and is waiting for a train ride to MN. They need a few more to put on the train to fill the car up.

FP said mine had been released and dealer said the ETA shown in his system was 8/21. Dealer said that was an estimate and could be sooner.

Update - my window sticker showed up this AM (Sat., 8/5). Blend date is 8/12.

So, my window sticker showed up today. Great! Not so fast. My dealer put the order in wrong! I told them I definitely wanted the tailgate applique. They initially did the delete and I had to tell them that 2018 came with unless you did delete. I didn't sign off on order until they changed it. I have emails and texts to prove same. Well, the sticker shows the applique delete. I called them first thing this morning and as of tonight, they're "still looking into it" UGH! I told them I didn't want my build date pushed back because of THEIR f-up and I don't want the applique added at the dealership. Knew things were going too smoothly.

Damn..... lead foot scab here also and I didn't get pulled. I'm really thinking about switching to blue and dropping the Orange accent interior.

Update on the Dealer screw-up. Called them this morning since I didn't hear back. Sales manager had no idea what I was talking about, GM was "not in". Sales manager acted like it was no big deal, if I didn't accept delivery he would have no trouble selling it and I could go to the back of the line if I wanted it as I ORDERED IT! Said it could be a while since there are at least five ahead of me now. Ford Service gave me the run-around telling me to contact my dealer if I had an issue with the dealer! HUH? I'm f-d! Not like I was subtle on the Dealer Order. Glad I kept copies of everything.
