Where at if you don't mind me asking? My dealer/dealers are so oblivious

That is one thing that has really pissed me off. I contacted 4 dealers (in Texas) that people have said we're doing MSRP deals on the 2017. They all had different answers ranging from can't order till mid June to they aren't giving out allocations yet, and ordering a Raptor is different from a regular F150. Bottom line is this; order banks are open, allocations have been given out, and Ford is accepting said orders. I suspect these dealers "with no clue" are really just management trying to figure out how much markup to put on the trucks before telling the salesmen their ROEs.

My dealer finally got back to me. Said he found the price guide and he can put an order in but hadn't been given any allocations yet. Who knows?

Price guide? The prices are in "the system" when they build out the truck. You must be talking to a salesman and not the (insert title) manager. Your dealer must not be on good terms with their regional rep if they haven't received their allocations yet. But again it's probably just who you are talking to, the dealer knows their allocation number.

Understood but I needed the pdf emailed to me as they're not local to me and I need to tell him what to order and know what I'm ordering.

This is why I won't buy local ;)

Sold my 2012 got some good money, now the big question is to wait for an 18 and the only thing that keeps me holding is i am not sure about the B&O system. Lincoln has the base system and an Revel upgrade system about a $5000 option which I am hoping for. In my R8 the sound is pretty good. If this is the base system in the 18 which a friend bought in his 16 Lincoln he is not happy with it.
I can find a few 17's still kicking around for over sticker prices which should come down shortly, but i can't wait for sub sound system unless someone knows otherwise.
Music is a big part of the driving experience to me, i spent $6000 on my 12 and i am going to miss it. tried to take the processor and amps out but they say it won't work in the new stuff (probably trying to up sell)

The dealers are all screwed up. I just saw an email from higher Ford stating that they won't even be taking orders for another 2 months. WTH is going on?

Bang & Olufsen sounds really good in my Aston Martin V8V. Definitely an upgrade from Sony.B & O is standard in all Aston Martins.
