You guys are out in left field looking for the ball. The 2018 Raptor did have a few annoying shifting issues, but nothing other than odd annoyance. Mine had an “extra-firm” 1-2 shift because I tuned it with MPT not long after purchase. The 2019 version trans firmware is much better and Cobb Tuning and maybe others use it as the baseline in ALL their trans tunes. My 2018 has had the 2019 oem Ford version since January 2019, so I drove it for the first year on the 2018 oem Ford version. Anyway, I recommend a Goose tune and forget it.
