Man that sounds so bad.

Who did your tuning? Is he close and can look at it? Or atleast look at some datalogs?

How are you pulling codes? Do you have Forscan?

The drivers side wastegate looks open in your picture. Did you say it won't budge or were you able to get it to close and it didn't change anything. I listed to some of your videos, I'd see if you can get someone to rev it for you and try to pinpoint where the noise is coming from

Hi there it's tuned by unleashed in USA I had 5star before unleashed and liked them way better I'm in Canada. Truck was running so good had trouble getting traction even from a 50mph roll once it was tuned and I had borla put on etc. I will have him check a data log from once it lost boost.

Yes I did get it to close manually and it did not make a difference. OK will do that the noise is coming from somewhere on driver side it sounds like. I don't think I have a blow turbo it's like a weird sucking air intake sound. Would a small tear in a hose or pipe cause no boost at all ? You were right about the wastegate cycles I pulled up a data log from when it was running good and it shows some numbers. First two are when running perfect next 2 are once no boost started.

When you are revving are the wastegate arms moving at all? Can you see any other PID than your posting?

keep us posted. I have had issues lately that are indicative of wastegate issues or clogging somewhere..
