Shit changing the bov did not do anything still no boost at all and sounds like a train please any suggestions? Like ford tech said the wastegates would throw a code only code I get is underboost

That sounds like a boost leak. Check the intercooler hoses again and the hose from the intercooler to the throttle body. Make sure the BOV hose is connected as well. You may need to find someone with a smoke machine to test incase you have a split in one of the pipes or intercooler that isn't obvious.

The only other thought is the wastegates are being held open for some reason and even looks like they aren't changing values in your screenshot

OK thanks man you mean the screen shot of the data log I did when it had no boost?

Yes, I'm not sure if Turbo Wastegate Percentage is a valid parameter in your logging software but it shows 0 across the board

I believe you would get a wastegate code if they were having issues, but you should be able to test and make sure the wastegate arm moves freely

So if either one was stuck open would it cause no boost and a big leak ?

I would think it would still make some boost, but I can't say for sure. It wouldn't really "leak" though. I also think you would be getting wastegate codes. I'd go back over the charge pipes again and try to examine the intercooler for damage. I'm sure other's will chime in with some suggestions as well

Also as someone else previously mentioned, check your air filter and make sure you don't have anything blocking air entering it or clogging the filter

Seems like driver side stuck open when I look at them both I'm not sure but looks that way. Tried up and down driveway with them closed same thing
