Do you have any DTCs other than P0299? The wastegates are electronic, so if there is an issue with either one the PCM will set DTCs.

The torn o-ring on the BPV is going to definitely cause a boost leak, so start with that. The BPV diaphragm could also be faulty; if you can blow air through the BPV with it disconnected, its failed.

No there is no other codes just that same one everytime and only if I give it gas half way if not no code. Ok could the diaphram cause me to build no boost if it was bad ? It was holding 21/22psi of boost before all this and running so good with the custom tune. Did you see the video ? Does it sound like the turbos are trying to kick in ?

I just watched the video, is that train horn sound coming from your truck?

If the diaphragm in the BPV is torn, that will definitely prevent you from building boost as it will be venting all of the air back to the intake upstream of the turbos.

Yes that's my truck making that sound when it tries to build any boost def sounds like a train lol.what does that sound Iike to you ? I think my log shows 1psi boost nowbefore this it would Max at 22psi from unleashed performance tune. When you say to test bpv by blowing into to it do you mean push the middle part in first or with It out ?

I'm not what you mean ? A go pro to record what ?
Just to see if you can catch or hear where it is leaking from.
I bet its a torn diaphragm in BOV or possible the intake manifold pressure sensor. Im leaning towards the BOV diaphram.
Whatever it is its def not right. Hope you find it soon.
