Maybe...would somewhat fit in with the options that come with the technology package anyway.

Adaptive Cruise Control , Lane Keeping System, Lane Departure Warning, Auto High Beam, Rain Sensing Wipers, Collision Mitigation.

I usually disengage the Lane Keeping and Departure stuff. It can be a pain in the butt. I like to drive by brail.

If you spend much time on the interstate in traffic the Adaptive Cruise Control is great. If you don't then skip it.

I see deployable boards in your build....how much? Didnt know they had those...

I personally dont need them but now im curious to see how they look.

Update: I see option code 18P Depolyable Boards for $995 on the basic price list but I dont see it on the Raptor specific pages...

I'd be happy with the parking assist. Around here, nearly all my parking is parallel and it would make things easier. I know I'd be able to park just fine with the cameras, but hey, if I can make my life easier...

I've heard that, since the frame is different from the other F150s, the power steps aren't available in the Raptor. However, I did read it on the intorwebs... So an adult dose of salt is prescribed. Lol

The Raptor doesnt have deployable running boards.

Power running boards aren't something you want on an offroad truck.

I suspect that the park assist is an oversight - unless I'm mistaken, all the bits and pieces are on the truck if you get the tech package, so it's is just a setting to be enabled.

You would think that deployable running boards would be tucked up out of the way and not sticking out like permanent fixed running boards. I'm always seeing running boards beat up on off road trucks. I've had deployable ones on a few F 150s that I took offroading and never had an issue with them.

Do the new ones stick out too much?

I don't think they are offered for the Raptor as many have said. I'm far from The expert, but what you say seems to make sense, they usually retract and tuck up close to or slightly under the body. Sure they too can be subject to damage if doing some extremes just like most any running board. Probably a lot more cost to repair and replace.
Some folks are "purists" and scoff at any "luxuries," or any that can be viewed as such - I get it to an extent. To each his own 70K truck the way they want it I say.
Hell, Ford even added the technology package (radio, nav) and rear seats as options back to the GT350R because so many were requesting it at order.
