So you can tell the body/cab is the new design vs. the front fenders and bed, which are part of the old Raptor. Looks to me they are still hiding the looks of what it's going to look like.

They are just testing the frame and cab, everything else is from the parts bin to be able to drive it on the street. This is the farthest from what the production Raptor will look like...
