Anyone seen a picture of one of these with non-20" wheels? Wonder if the FX4 will even offer anything but 20s?

You are correct --it is a higher grade... It may be 7075 in a T6 or T5 condition.

dont really care much for the body lines. Some of the upgrades are nice, moon roof, rear window, camera sysytem push start.. just put these on the 2014 and all is good. now this is really gonna drive the prices of the raptors up...

I'm not fundamentally against 20s, but it amazes me that they're becoming the ONLY option

I read in another article 7000 but it makes more sense for 6000 series. Quite a bit of the F-16 for example is 6064 but in a T6 condition.
