Today we are installing a Roush Phase 2 TVS 2300 Supercharger kit on our customer Rob's Raptor! He recently had installed a custom tuned SCT programmer and AFE air intake but wasn't satisfied. He figured with it being the holiday season and all to buy his Truck a gift! He went with the 650 HP power package we offer which includes the Roush TVS Phase 2 kit, a JDM custom tune, and NGK Iridium 6510 Spark plugs. We should have the Truck up and running by the end of the day but it will be in the shop until early next week as we are also installing a set of Vortex Mud Flaps and a slew of Rigid Industries LED's! After the parts are installed the truck will be tuned on the dyno and fully dialed in on the street. We usually net just over 500 RWHP with this power package so stay tuned as we get this beast dialed in!
Note: the 2014 Roush Raptor Supercharger now comes with the upgrade FEAD belt shield and updated idler. This helps to prevent belts from jumping off during hard shirts.
Also when installing Spark plugs in your Supercharged Raptor I highly recommend tightening up the gap to approximately .028"-.032" to prevent spark blow out.

It has just the bare minimum changes to account for adding a Supercharger. With our JDM Custom tune the throttle response, shifting, and Power are enhanced. We also adjust the fuel curve to be more efficient. Roush over fuels the engine in an over-protective manor. That being said we often see Roush 590 HP kits dyno around 440-460 RWHP and with our 650 Kit they are usually 490-510 RWHP. Roush's 590 Rated HP number might be a little high, but we advertise our kit to be a 60 HP improvement over theirs and that's what it offers!
