I agreed to purchase these wheels and take care of the shipping, I could even have these wheels picked up. I asked for this guys Paypal as I was ready for immediate payment. I don't hear back from him for 3 days. He reneges on the whole deal, says he wants to sell to someone local and avoid shipping. Usually you lead with that from the beginning. **** MOVE.

Incorrect. You did not offer to pick them up. Then when i responded to say oh you will pick them up? Then yes I will sell them to you, I get no reply. If you wanna pick them up and buy them do it. Otherwise troll somewhere else.

BUYER BEWARE!!!

It's not really a "buyer beware" just because he didn't accept your offer. Selling something like wheels online, it's common practice to give preferrence to local buyers. Now if he had accepted your money and then not followed through that would be different. You were interested, he declined your offer. That is not "reneging". :chair:
