Yes, Yes I did. You see, I have had a FedEx account for some time and I can do this thing called a call tag, where they come by and pick them up. You never asked or said anything to me about wanting to wait for someone local. I have all of the message records. By the time you got back to me, I already had my new deal in the works. It's OK though, You see I bought them for the same price and the same offer from another guy on here.
It's not really a "buyer beware" just because he didn't accept your offer. Selling something like wheels online, it's common practice to give preferrence to local buyers. Now if he had accepted your money and then not followed through that would be different. You were interested, he declined your offer. That is not "reneging".
He Did not decline my offer though. He made me believe that he was going to go through with a sale, I asked for his paypal address. then nothing for three days. He never had the courtesy to decline my offer. If he would have said no right off the bat I would not of cared. That is basiclly "reneging". I waited around for this D-bag.
