I just got an email from local dealer. Here it is.

"Hello Sir - we finally received some pricing information from Ford on those headlamps. The list price will be $667.15 each, your cost will be $533.72 each.

Thank you"

$2,000 is out of reach. IMHO.

That's actually not too bad, thanks for the info.

does that include the relay and ballasts? I bet the wiring is completely different and will not be plug and play into the 2010-2012?

I think a ballast attaches to the side of the headlight assembly. If you order a headlight assembly, it should come with it. Wait and find out. I am waiting for the answer as well.

The plug is not too bad. Just order the plug on the headlight side and H13 connector and sold wires together. That is my plan.

So, whats the new voltage requirement on these headlights? I think you will need to get more power to the lights someway. Its not just a plug and play... The ballasts will need to power-up and the older style light system will not do it...

Absolutely, it is not PnP. I cannot tell at this point what involves until I get the headlight. I would prefer to keep HID bulb type and ballast and modify only harness if it is possible.

Ive got hours of homework into this - all you need is an H13 harness and (2) Motorcraft pigtails. I have them in my hand right now (pigtails that is) and the connector is an exact match to the pictured headlights. Im ready to go. Just need lights.

As far as how to wire them - I just need some lights to see what wire does what.

I have a set of the lights now, they do not have ballasts, bulbs, or any attaching hardware. I will have a parts list and pricing when it's available from Ford. Most parts are on back order till the beginning of October and Ford does not show pricing on it till then either.
