Dear hosseface

Thank you for the valuable information, earlier you mention about Harrnes did you install them or not.

And can you share the website who sell the connector ( 4 pins ) as you know the previous model has 3 pins connector

The only wiring that is necessary is (3) purchased components:
1 - H13 Bixenon harness. I recommend a Morimoto from The Retrofit Source
2 - Aforementioned Motorcraft wiring pigtails. I bought all of my parts from my local Ford dealer. You can go to your local dealer to get the pigtails or buy them from a place like tascaparts.com

So whats on the other end of the pigtails ? I know the 4 pin that connects to the headlight but does the other end have bare wire that needs a quick disconnect to connect to the harness ?

Anyone that is intersted in these that isnt comfortable doing their own wiring - I have decided to duplicate my harness and to sell it as a PNP (Plug N Play) wiring harness. It'll be listed in the Garage Sale forum. It will include the complete wiring harness for your truck that will allow the 2013 HIDs to plug right in.

It'll be 100% professional grade and ready to go.

All you will need to buy is your headlights and components like ballasts, bulbs, etc, which can all be purchased at your local Ford dealer.

Ok so you made your own adapter, 2 pins for the bulb, 2 pins for the solenoid. That was the only thing I was confused about. Thanks for the pics and info.

Yeah I tried to send you a PM but I guess it didnt go. I wired it in direct - 2 pins bulb, 2 pins solenoid. There are actually 5 wires inside the headlight assy. 2 of them are ground - 1 goes to shutter solenoid and 1 goes to ballast. Before they make it to the 4 wire connector, they splice and become 1 = hence 4 wires.

Yes I have a set ordered, will be here Friday. Hosse was right, for now they are not coming with anything but the headlight shell so for this set I have to source each component separately which is a PITA and very expensive, as hosse has cover very well in this thread... thank you.

My supplier can order all the rest of the OEM components on Oct 1st. Shortly after then I will have a complete package for everyone in the $1200-$1400 price range.

Sorry guys but if you want a plug and play package you will just have to be patient. These heads were just released last week and its going to take a few weeks for the remaining oem products to trickle out. For some reason Ford is not letting us buy all the components right now. They are making it very difficult for 2009-2012 halogen guys to upgrade, maybe it has to do with manufacturing and all the components are going into production trucks right now.
