okay some of the OG FRF members and Raptor purist turn away now.. Click back.. now last warning...

After reading your post, began to think about it.. Then seeing Tanner at nurburgring with a rear swaybar on his Raptor..
(deep breath)
I have a set of Hellwig front and rear swaybars on order (Part numbers 7704 front and 7705 rear)

hell I considered also contacting High angle Driveline or denny's about getting a new drivershaft and putting some lower profile speed rated tires and getting rid of speed limiter.. This way when we go to the track events (talladega nola, or where ever) we can really push the Raptor.. Especially if Roush has their way with the truck and installs phase 2 blower...
I hope to see roush do more then a blower lol..I don't think its wrong or a bad idea to add sway bars or lower profile/speed tires just too push it..like said before the engine has so much more to give then 100mph and it would be nice to see what it could do even in a 3 ton beast. Especially be nice to see you beat some of the other cars :Big Laugh:

I was thinking in the future to go with larger sway bars if I want to keep Rallycrossing the Raptor. Not a bad idea for this. See if they can make a quick disconnect, then you can free it up for the trails and run it like it is on rails on the road.

I am diggin the graphics idea too

greg, i know you are doing this to enhance the performance of the truck on the street for this bullrun, but do us all a favor........PROMISE US YOU WILL RETURN TO ORM WHEN YOU ARE DONE WITH BULLRUN!!!

I haven't fully committed to it. One part of me just wants to run the stock truck, and play it safe.. The other part wants to take this opportunity (on closed high banked track, or closed road course) and push the limits. In order to do that i start going through the long list of upgrades to break 100 mph and up barrier (and still being able to complete the whole 5000 mile round trip).

It is intimidating list of upgrades and time schedule and might be a 2014 Bullrun project..
