co-ops have gas trucks that could fill you in no time. you know you have to travel from point a to b might not here to look into that. you don't have to put ethanol in but they have stations all mapped out. do regular stations? call ahead and have a truck waiting for you?

Wow Greg! You are thinking of everything here. Like the idea of eliminating the **** breaks without being miserably dehydrated. The bottle works ok when alone, but a bit more awkward with a copilot. Plus, one bad spill and eeewww! I guess ya just gotta remember not to get out in a hurry without first disconnecting the tubing from your ****** cath - Ouch!

Be careful. That foam goes bad really quickly due to ethanol in fuel.

Cue Wilson in 3... 2...

Yeah, the tank guy warned me about this and thought it was unnecessary. I told him with the "high speed" we could be doing. I rather take the chance than having all that weight sloshing around..

Fully baffled, and going to be foam filled to reduce sloshing...
Look into wiffle balls instead of foam. Foam will break down and can clog your filters, The last thing you need is to waste time changing out filters

Thought about adding a train horn for added get the hell out of my way, since Raptor stock horn is a little weak. With adding this, will also adding onboard air system...

Train horns weight a lot and weight will be an enemy for this run. I'd pick up a couple of Hella Supertone's.

I'd also be look into lowering the truck as much as possible

Stick to the widemouth bottles. We use them all the time on deployments vs getting up at 2 in the morning and getting dressed and walking 50yds to the nearest porta *****.

Plus your nav can hold the steering wheel for you to ensure you don't spill anything.
