Comparing what you have to others your values are different. From the APIM Google Sheet your values look to be for a Lariat FX4. I would flip back to page 11 and 12 where @rkneeshaw posted his APIM configuration. I cross-referenced what he had with the Google Sheet and another forum post with someone who also has a fully loaded 2014 Raptor and they are identical. You also only posted up to block 4 where there are 7 blocks total that need some tweaking.Well, for some odd reason that I will resolve, eventually, nothing comes up on the screen when the navigation button is pushed. It just is a blank screen. But I have got everything else working, by locating and loading the factory as built values based off of my VIN. Although this has changed the appearance of the user interface, which I may leave alone or fiddle with if I decide I dont like it.
My truck is a 2014, with heated and cooled seats, nav, Sirius, sunroof, bla bla bla. The as built values for it if it helps anyone else out are as follows:
7D0-01-01 A221 9001 E20F
7D0-01-02 0401 4210 0233
7D0-02-01 5553 0503 008A
7D0-02-02 0200 0000 00DD
7D0-02-03 0000 DC
7D0-03-01 1F52 3403 0083
7D0-04-01 0103 0200 00E2
7D0-04-02 0001 DE
So I did this upgrade the past week, found a guy selling a non-nav Mustang version for $899 and eBay had the 15% off, up to $100 off. Got the whole setup, adapters, dongles, GPS antenna, and VIN coded for $799.
Plugged everything in and didn't change any of the as-built data (I'm assuming that's what they mean when they need your VIN, to pre-load the as-built data from Ford) and everything on my truck works (besides front camera and I couldn't care less). The only issue is the Sync voice over is in another language and I don't know how/where to change it (it's also on version 2.0).
Only changes I've made thus far are the ACM/APIM for aftermarket audio since I've got a Rockford Fosgate DSR1 into a 4 channel for speakers and a mono for my sub. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend this set up as it negates the Sony amp, maintains all your voice over functionality, and allows a proper line-level source (after the ACM changes) as well as remote turn on into your amps. Highs and lows I never knew existed come out crystal clear and the mids don't muddy everything up once I spent the time getting the EQ setup. I used AudioTools app to do that and while it's not competition level by any means, it's WORLDS better than the Sony garbage.
The main changes are in 727-01-01 and 727-01-02 of the ACM, and 7D0-01-01 in the APIM. Here's the FORScan google doc everyone uses: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet...iVSlDFGFHnfeuhb3RTMVz95730/edit#gid=338817466
I'd have to check my exact settings but I turned basically everything off. Tweeter detection, Center Channel, ANC, AUX1 is a sub/AUX2 is disabled, everything. I've got component front speakers which are a 2-way but the woofers are in the door and the tweeters are in the A-pillar but run off the same driver in the door. So the settings have to pretend it's a normal speaker versus whatever Ford does with the Sony setup and each speakers being it's own independent thing. Rears are just a typical 6x8 2-way.
