Drop the HD line? That video made me want to drop kick my ******* computer!
About harley riders, Ive been riding for 18 years and I pretty much raise my hand to any on coming rider. Everyone always waves back except for, you guessed it, harley riders. What is that, care to explain ?
Wow man, thats just borderline pathetic bro, no it is pathetic. Thanks for the laugh though. So you dont own a harley and let me guess, you dont own a Raptor either ??? Yup. Starting fights about harleys on a Raptor forum when you dont own any of them, thats just classic right there.
You know I just realized you are from Jersey, it all makes sense now. Keep your chin up though, you never know, things could get better for ya.
and BTW if you want to know where someone from jersey is from you just ask them "what exit" ? not what city.
Brother, you need to get your FACTS straight.
This thread WAS STARTED based on the NEW 2012 F150 HARLEY TRUCK. 2012 Harley Davidson F-150 Unveiled!
How was HIS REPLY pathetic?? A little long maybe?? LOL
And Reptar HAS a Raptor on order. He also is very Qualified to give F150 Harley Truck FACTS. You won't find anybody with more Harley Truck knowledge, wait accept maybe me..................
The first 2 years of Harley Truck build numbers, almost MIRROR what the first 2 years of the Raptor build will end up being.
peace out
randy
hahahahahaha
Wow, that eating popcorn smilee cracked me up after reading all this stuff. You guys need to chill, what is that ole saying about opinions.... Opinions are like.....Everyone's got one.
Do I need to put my chest waders on? It's getting deep in this thread.
Man you guys are cracking me up. All I did in my original comment was express my opinion about the HD and threw in a comment about harley riders in general. IMO - got it. If you agree with me or not is irrelevant, its a forum, half of what goes on here is ppls opinions, if you cant handle it you shouldnt be here.
Hey mang, I'm not getting frustrated. You keep posting some goofy stuff though, like you've owned 3 f150's so you know what it means to deserve one, and if somebody likes a truck for the trim package they don't deserve it, and you're a REAL man, who made 5k last week, and blah blah blah. And my response on why Ford isn't stupid for continuing to offer the HD line (in this HD topic thread) is pathetic? Reality check!
Reptar jumped all over me and sea for our opinion and I jumped back. Go back and read his long winded shit, he took many shots at me that had nothing to do with the topic of this thread. Why I mentioned my business is because he said in closing on one of his rants "I hope you dont own your own business" What is that supposed to mean ?
I mentioned if you had a business because you can't seem to grasp the concept of Ford's business model of offering many varieties to please their customers, boost their reputation, and help sales. Tried to make it into an analogy you'd understand, but that obviously didn't work lol.
Im sure a lot of you guys are great guys and if you go back and read anything I wrote you will see I was speaking in general about the IMAGE they have created. The I dont give a **** about the 50 ppl I **** off on my way to work at 630 in the morning attitude. The we only wave to our own ppl attitude. The I ride a overweight underpowered bike that cant handle in anything but a straight line and wear a brain bucket helmet with a "DOT approved" sticker on the back with ear plugs but hey loud pipes save lives attitude.
Maybe the HD riders who DO care and don't want to wake the neighbors with their loud pipes early in the morning are rocking HD F-150 trucks lol. But nahhhh, Ford should stop selling them and get those d-bag harley riders back on their bikes
Thats my point, the attitude and mentality of the majority of harley riders. You dont see that with any other group of two wheelers. Sure you can pick one guy out of any group and say he's a idiot, thats not what Im doing, Im talking about the image of harley riders as a whole. Obviously a harley rider is not going to agree with me but there are plenty of other riders who do. Im subscribed to three motorcycle magazines, theres always a article or two that at least refers to this. Whether you agree or not, its a growing sentiment with most ppl.
Thats why I dont think Ford will associate themselves with harley for much longer.
IMO, just in case any of you are still confused. As far as this thread goes, peace out.
lol
Well you know, not that anyone asked, but I figure anything that helps Ford sell more F150's is ultimately good for those of us with taste that buy Raptors. Just like anything that sells a 6-cyl Mustang is ultimately good for the GT500 crowd.
Thats my point. Heres another example, I watched a gaggle of harleys park on main street last month, over half of them get off their bikes and take out their ear plugs, LMAO. Heres a news flash for you, if you cant handle the sound of your own bike then the rest of the world cant either.
Everyone I know that rides (irregardless of type of bike) rides with ear plugs. If you havent tried it, don't knock it until you do. Most ear plugs are worn because of the fatigue generated from the constant wind noise. Sound of the bike has little to do with it. Ohh, and I ride with a full helmet not one of those tops and still use ear plugs. It makes a difference. Perhaps the Harley crowd is a bit smarter than you think. (I do not ride a Harley nor own a Harley either) I also have nothing against the Harley guys or Harley Trucks. To each their own and all are cool if that is what floats your boat. There are ******** everywhere and they dont necessarily have to own a Harley to qualify! Time for a reflection on what has been written perhaps....
