question of the day......why on gods green earth do dealerships play games......prime example, ya we can get that raptor back from auction.....then this morn, no we can;t get it back....would you like to by a toyota? I laughed and said naw I do not identify as a female sorry......

Well i work at one (not sales) and i cant answer that. I just know they’ll say anything just to get you in the door.

I personally only wanted and looked for 2014’s as they had everything dialed in by that point. I’d say just be patient and the right one will come along you aren’t really in a hurry so if they play games just walk.

Mine is a 2011 and Love It. Never had any problems just regular maintenance and have 183+thousand miles on it. Currently doing some light restoration stuff from NE winters. Don't have all the techy stuff the newer models have but I not into that stuff anyways. It does everything and then some that I want to do. Its a very solid yr. If ya want more technology then go newer. If that isn't important to you then grab it. 100k miles is nothing on the Gen 1s. You'll probably have to shock rebuilds etc. I did shock rebuild at 125k from Forged Off Road, used there exchange program and was very happy with it
