GEN 1 2011 - Why is my instrument cluster different?

Hey guys, just picked up a super clean bone stock 2011 svt raptor screw with 166k miles, single owner, clean carfax, every option on it except the bedside graphics. MSRP new at 51k. Got it for 25k.

One thing that's confusing me though is it has a different instrument cluster than all the other 2011s im seeing. Anyone know what option this was?

Aha! Yeah looks to be then. Well im a fan of it. Like seeing raptor on the guages.

Going on a 5hour roadtrip this weekend. So out of curiosity I checked my fuse box for the notorious 27 just to see if i needed to pack some spare fuses for the trip.. Low and behold it was mangled and empty! Except it doesn't look like it was moved to #70. But I did spot a dangler and wondering if this was the fix they did for it. Anyone seen this type of fuse 27 relocation kit before?
