2011 hard starting, horn will sometimes beep after engine fails to fire up

Greetings, of course just when the 3 year 36k waranty expired, my raptor is having an issue with hard starting. It will crank over for about 4-5 seconds then finally fire up. However, sometimes it doesn't start at all and engine shuts off and horn beaps. Replaced cpv with no luck. Its not bad gas. Its not air getting past the MAF. When it finally starts, it runs great. But if it sits longer than 30 minutes, it acts up. Im left either a bad fuel pump, or if these trucks have them, a fpdm, or a fuel rail pressure sensor, which I can't find either. Any thoughts? Being that the horn beeps sounds like a remote start issue. Do you have remote start?

Yes. But it will also sometimes not start if I key it on om the ignition. I know on all of my other vehicles, when I key it almost on (but not all the way) I can hear my fuel pump prime. I cant hear anything on this truck.
