I just received my 20" exhaust from Dirty Deeds today. I was not completely happy with how loud the 16" was. I have to say my wife liked it, I was the one who wanted something a little quieter. The 16" sounded great, and if I didn't use the truck as the family vehicle I probably would have kept it.

After calling Keith, I was able to have a new 20" shipped to me and set up the return postage on my old 16". In all, cost me $260 to do the swap.

I just swapped it out and there is definitely difference with the 4"(that's what she said). It is quieter in all aspects, but better then stock. Under full throttle, has a great note. Just like the 16".



I mounted the tip just a little lower then the first time. The original mounting liked like it was almost facing upwards and I was afraid rain would run into the pipe while it was sitting.

So, I contacted Keith @dirtydeeds a little while back and told him my 16" was just a little loud. Every time I left the country club, people were shooting me dirty looks (no pun intended) and my family made the comment that they felt like they had to yell in the cab when we were going down the highway.

Keith built me a 24" system and I installed it today. Although I personally liked the 16" attitude, I must say that the 24" has a deeper, throatier sound that I think I can live with and the family will appreciate. If you really rap on it, it will still provide a rattle-pop that will get attention, but highway and low throttle sound is more friendly.
