will the rear seat back fold down and if so where is the catch or switch.

It does. Kinda tricky to reach the latch. I highly recommend you put a cable on it before you close it so it's easier next time.

Once the cable is on it opening it is a normal activity that takes under a second.

Found these on the F-150 Forums. The solution for the latch handle in the second photo is what I intend on replicating at some point.
